Warner International Training Institute is a certified international training center for Chinese government officials and executives in the United States, authorized by State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, P. R. China since 1993.

Located in New York metropolitan area, WITI has a lot of advantage over other training centers in the U. S. As we all know, New York metropolitan area consist of New York city, New Jersey State and Connecticut.
